Our Team
From project inception to delivery, we believe that successful outcomes rely on clean and effective communications between all stakeholders. To this end, we will always provide fully qualified and experienced staff to ensure all aspects of the project are catered for. Our project management team is led by our Construction Director who oversees all projects.
Each project is also allocated a dedicated Project Manager who assumes global responsibility for all aspects of the project. The Project Manager becomes the one point of contact for our clients, therefore maintaining clear and detailed information flow.
Project Managers are assisted by Contract Administration staff who will attend to contracting requirements and the upkeep of all documented communication. Each project also has a full time Site Manager who is responsible for ensuring that productivity, quality and design outcomes are delivered in a well planned and safe manner.
Our team of site managers are all well versed with the day to day running of a construction site in an efficient manner whilst ensuring the safety of crew members, contractors and the general public. Up-to-date and ongoing training and experience ensure this. All are encouraged to share ideas and experiences. All work towards a positive workplace culture which supports harmonious industrial relations.
Our team of on-site staff include experienced carpenters, labourers, scaffolders, concrete finishers and apprentices. Each has an important role in ensuring that a project is delivered in full and on time. Each is supported and supervised by the site manager.
We have many long serving employees on site who have worked on some very complex projects gaining a wealth of experience over the years. We recognise and value this.
The successful delivery of projects in a safe and efficient manner is paramount at McCorkell Constructions. We recognise each and every one of our skilled and dedicated team members and acknowledge their invaluable contributions.
